Eventually, she created a bodysuit capable of storing and channeling enormous amounts of electrical energy. Also part of the suit was the ability to attract and repel metal, even to the point of being able to fly using ferrous materials in the ground. In addition, the suit enabled her to manipulate electricity in nearby machinery, even going so far as to let her control computers remotely. Finally, the suit replaced her damaged nervous system, giving her the ability to move about as before.
When she first presented Blackrock with the option of using her as an instrument of revenge against the Transformers, Blackrock refused to accept her services, not wanting to put her at risk again. Beller, calling herself Circuit Breaker, tapped into Blackrock's computer and sabotaged his anti-robot cannon. When the cannon demonstration thus failed, she presented her services to him again, in hopes that the public pressure would force him to agree this time. At that point, Starscream and Frenzy attacked the crowd, causing the nearby Wheeljack and Jazz to respond. Unknown to Circuit Breaker, the Autobots were working for Blackrock under a newly-established agreement. During the fight, Frenzy and Starscream were stopped by the combined efforts of the Autobots and Circuit Breaker, but Circuit Breaker then turned on Wheeljack and Jazz. Due to pleas from Blackrock, she stopped short of trying to kill them, but swore that to be the last time she would listen to him.
Circuit Breaker turned up some time later, working as the head of R.A.A.T. She and her team were responsible for capturing a number of Autobots who had escaped to Earth from Cybertron. Sent to locate these missing Autobots, Skids was confronted by the Stunticons, who caused enormous damage and created havoc for all to see. When both the Aerialbots and R.A.A.T. arrived, the Stunticons pretended to defend Skids, thus causing Circuit Breaker to believe that Skids was the enemy as well. During the resulting clash between Superion and Menasor, Circuit Breaker intervened by using up all her power in a single burst directed at Superion. Although this did not seriously damage the gestalt, it did distract him long enough for Menasor to severely injure him with a shot from his cyclone gun. The Aerialbots and Skids were subsequently captured by R.A.A.T. and their heads mounted on a wall with the other captured Autobots.
Unable to stop the rampaging Battlechargers, Circuit Breaker was forced to make a deal with her prisoners: if they stopped Runamuck and Runabout, she would set them free. During the clash, the Autobots saved Circuit Breaker from a shot by one of the Battlechargers, which she noted with apparent surprise. The two Decepticons were soundly defeated and Circuit Breaker kept her word, releasing the Autobots. Upon hearing this news, I.I.I. fired her from the project.
Circuit Breaker later appeared to investigate Skullgrin, a Decepticon Pretender who had gone public under the guise of an Earth creature-turned-actor. Skullgrin had become friends with the lead actress of the movie he was in and revealed to her that he was a Transformer. Unfortunately, Circuit Breaker saw this, and immediately attacked him. During the battle, the cliff that the actress was on weakened and fell away. In saving her, Skullgrin was forced to let his guard down momentarily and Circuit Breaker was able to hit him with a large energy surge. Although she had Skullgrin at her mercy, Circuit Breaker found herself repulsed by the nearby movie director, who was calling for her to kill Skullgrin so he could capture it on film. Disgusted that the director was less caring than even a Decepticon, she destroyed the camera equipment and spared Skullgrin's life.
Later, Blackrock decided to take matters into his own hands and collected together several humans with superpowers. Calling them the Neo-Knights, he trained them to combat Decepticons. Circuit Breaker joined them, and they went to New York, where nearly every Earth-bound Transformer had gathered, either fighting or trying to stop the Decepticon civil war between Shockwave's and Scorponok's troops. At first, she attacked Scorponok, Optimus Prime, and Nightbeat, but when Blackrock called to her attention the flying Shockwave, she quickly stopped. Recognizing Shockwave as the one Transformer most responsible for her condition, she hit him with everything she had. Shockwave was brought down, but was still functional. At that point, Primus teleported everyone, including the Neoknights, to Cybertron to fight Unicron. Upon realizing that she was now on a planet entirely populated by the robots she hated, Circuit Breaker fell into a psychosis, unable to deal with what Blackrock realized must have been her worst nightmare come to life.
The present status of Circuit Breaker is unknown, though it is presumed the Neoknights were returned to Earth following the Decepticon surrender on Klo.
