Terrorcons
Five creature-based Decepticons. They consist of Hun-gurr (leader, two-headed
dragon/robot), Blot (gorilla/mole-creature/robot), Sinnertwin (two-headed
creature/robot), Rippersnapper (shark creature/robot), and Cutthroat
(avian creature/robot). They combine to form the gestalt Abominus (robot), and
are generally considered the arch-enemies of the Technobots.
Under the command of Galvatron, the Terrorcons went with him to the head of Unicron to obtain anti-electrons, vital for their plans to destroy the Autobots. When a group of Autobots led by Rodimus Prime went to investigate, Galvatron hit them with an anti-electron laser beam, causing them to malfunction. Galvatron sent the Terrorcons to take advantage of this. During the resulting battle, the intelligence-enhanced Grimlock disappeared, but later returned with his new creations, the Technobots. The Terrorcons attack them, but despite forming Abominus, they were no match for the Technobot gestalt Computron. The Decepticons were forced to retreat.
For a time after, the Terrorcons were under the control of the Quintessons with the use of auto-timers (restricting their ability to combine) so they wouldn't get to wild.
The team was one of the groups of "Primitives" who faced Primacron's creation, Tornitron. However, of the entire makeshift Primitive army, all were defeated except Grimlock, who was trapped beneath Trypticon.
The Terrorcons were sent by Galvatron to the lab of Dr. Morgan and Dr. Swafford to get a new heat-resistant metal alloy. Despite the arrival of the Technobots, they managed to escape with the metal alloy (and injure the human Jessica Morgan).

Under the command of Scorponok, the Terrorcons were part of the Decepticon
convoy which followed the Autobots, under Fortress Maximus, to Nebulos.
There, the Terrorcons played an important part in Scorponok's campaign,
attacking the Nebulan cities (during which they formed Abominus to fight
Computron, a battle which the Terrorcons lost) and fighting the Autobot
Targetmasters, at the Nebulan Nursery. The Autobots fled
when Pointblank realised the destruction the battle was bringing.
The Terrorcons fought against Ratbat's forces when the two Decepticon groups
met. The Terrorcons also played a part in the battle against the Underbase
empowered Starscream. The team was deactivated in that battle.

In the future, the Terrorcons, under the command of Soundwave, travelled back
in time to 1986, following Rodimus Prime and his Autobots.
